The College of Public Health Medicine (CPHM), Academy of Medicine of Malaysia, is organising a two-day preparatory training programme for candidates preparing for the Medical Specialist Pre-Entrance Examination (MEDEX 6) to enter the Public Health Medicine Specialist training pathway.
The programme is designed to strengthen participants’ understanding of the key public health disciplines assessed in the examination and to support systematic preparation for MEDEX 6.

The training programme will include lectures covering the major domains relevant to Public Health Medicine:
- Non-communicable Diseases
- Communicable Diseases
- Environmental Health
- Occupational Health
- Family Health
- Biostatistics
- Health Services in Malaysia
The programme provides participants with an opportunity to consolidate essential public health knowledge before sitting for the MEDEX 6 examination.
